Standard exterior wall thickness is 10 cm, interior partition walls are 6 cm. PVC windows with double glazing. Custom window colors and sizes available. Additional thermal insulation can be provided with EPS, mineral wool, or thermosiding. Plumbing and electrical installations are included in the house project. After finalizing project details, the client receives a plan with exact dimensions for foundation preparation. The client is responsible for the foundation.
