Prefabricated House 49m²

Living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and veranda. The structure of the prefabricated house is metal, made from wall panels and metal roof trusses, pre-fabricated in the manufacturer’s factory according to a structural design.

The wall panels consist of a load-bearing metal frame made of thin-walled cold-formed profiles. EPS insulation is placed between the profiles, and the panels are closed on both sides with fiber cement boards.

Connections between individual metal elements are ensured through welds and bolted joints. The roof trusses are entirely made from thin-walled cold-formed profiles.

The walls are made of panels consisting of 8 mm fiber cement and 84 mm EPS insulation.

The standard thickness of the exterior walls is 10 cm. The interior partition walls are 6 cm thick.

PVC windows with double glazing. Windows can also be manufactured in custom colors and sizes according to the client’s preference.

We offer additional thermal insulation, which can be executed using EPS, mineral wool, and cladding with thermo siding.

Plumbing and electrical installations are included in the house project. Our specialists provide all necessary materials and carry out the required work.

After finalizing the project details, the client receives a plan with exact dimensions for the foundation. It is the client’s responsibility to construct the foundation.
